Job Description

Key to the success of our YouTube channel is a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional who can lead its growth and management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing YouTube channels for content-driven organizations. They will possess a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and audience development, as well as excellent written communication and coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be passionate about social impact and storytelling, with the ability to moderate and respond to viewer comments while fostering a positive community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of the YouTube channel's operations.
  • Uploading, scheduling, and publishing video content with SEO-driven titles, tags, and descriptions.
  • Monitoring channel analytics (retention, CTR, watch time, etc.) and providing insights to improve performance.
  • Creating and updating playlists, thumbnails, and end screens to enhance viewer navigation and retention.
  • Coordinating with video editors, scriptwriters, and storytelling teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
