Financial Operations Coordinator

A forward-thinking company is seeking a meticulous Financial Operations Coordinator to oversee end-to-end financial and accounting processes.

  • Manage petty cash, travel and expense claims in accordance with established policies.
  • Coordinate with employees and department heads for clarifications or discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities include Vendor Compliance and Invoice Management:

  • Track and manage vendor contracts and agreements.
  • Process incoming invoices and verify accuracy against POs and delivery receipts.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Generating and sharing invoices with clients/customers.
  • Monitoring receivables and following up on overdue accounts.
  • Reconciling AR records and updating payment status in financial systems.
  • Preparing and circulating daily business reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

Skills required include:

  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of tax laws.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure.
