We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and provide customized solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong system design skills, functional or object-oriented programming skills, clean coding, and expertise in common design patterns.
  • Backend experience in multiple languages, including Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, and a willingness to upskill.
  • Database experience in PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or any relational database management system, with strong SQL and performance tuning skills, and knowledge of database design.
  • Cloud, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes experience.
  • Product development methodologies such as Agile.
  • Strong design skills in defining API data contracts, object-oriented analysis and design, microservices, data models, and concurrency concepts.
  • User interface development using modern web frameworks.

Soft skills include:

  • A solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • Leadership skills and client interaction experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in expressing opinions.

The Technology Director role involves:

  • Leading a team with a hands-on approach and being well-versed in all technologies in the stack.
  • Conducting code reviews and creating design artifacts for implementation.
  • Developing cloud-native applications that run on Google Cloud Platform/Amazon Web Services.
  • Developing test cases alongside implementation.
  • Developing UI components, APIs, business components, microservices, etc., to simplify the user journey.
  • Root cause analysis of support tickets raised by clients and proposing solutions.
  • Frequent interaction with customers to understand their challenges and bring customer insights to the team.
  • Working closely with Product teams and other Business teams to determine business priorities.
  • Setting up processes that ensure high quality and excellence and align with company principles.
  • Bringing a culture of ownership and innovation to the team.
