Job Overview

The Advanced Data Systems Delivery Lead is responsible for leading a team of experts in delivering high-performance data solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in deploying real-time and batch processing systems using the AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the end-to-end delivery of advanced data systems for mission-critical applications, focusing on revenue management and other high-impact use cases.
  2. Ensuring solutions meet scalability, performance, availability, security requirements and deliver on time, within scope.
  3. Utilizing the AI platform to design, scale, and tune system topologies to support complex workloads.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Architecting and overseeing the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data architectures to support mission-critical applications.
  2. Designing data models, schemas, and storage solutions optimized for performance and accessibility.
  3. Implementing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration across distributed systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in delivering advanced data systems or similar solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of deploying high-scale Tier 1 systems with real-time and batch workloads.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed data architectures.
  • Hands-on expertise with the AI platform or similar tools.
  • Deep knowledge of performance tuning for data processing frameworks and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with agile methodologies, certification in cloud platforms or data engineering/data architecture, and familiarity with containerization and data orchestration tools are desirable.
