About the Role:

The Director, Program Management position drives cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives. This includes maintaining a comprehensive workplan, facilitating planning workshops, and assisting with resource forecasting.

Governance & Workshop Planning responsibilities include:

  • Supporting preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops to align program strategy with market needs
  • Raising and helping mitigate potential dependencies, risks, or other issues through appropriate governance channels

Responsibilities also include collaborating and synthesizing between project teams, Transformation Management Office, and horizontal capabilities. The role involves introducing Leads and PMs to Integrated PMO ways of working, standards, and onboarding materials.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • Overall 15+ years of experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project or program management
