Key Roles for an Experienced Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant tax documentation and remittance for clients.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of income tax returns for Indian and foreign corporate clients.
  • Review and finalize TDS workings and returns with minimal need for revision.
  • Handle dividend assignments end-to-end, ensuring correct tax treatment and timely execution.
  • Issue Form 15CBs within a short timeframe of data receipt, along with advisory on withholding tax rates.
  • Support complex international tax advisory projects on POEM and PE.
  • Draft high-quality litigation documents (e.g., appeals, submissions, research notes).
  • Drive the resolution of departmental matters (rectifications, refunds, stay applications).

Requirements:
  • CA qualification.
  • 7-8 years of experience in Business Tax.
