Job Title: Lead - Charging Infra & BMSElectrification Expert

Our team seeks a highly skilled Electrification Expert to lead the development of innovative charging infrastructure and battery management systems (BMS).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate automotive electrical systems, focusing on power quality and transient management.
  • Develop strong understanding of EV charging and BMS software flow, familiarizing with electric vehicle standards, regulations, ISO 26262 functional safety, and CISPR EMC.
  • Lead power electronic converter design (electrical, thermal, and electromechanical).
  • Apply knowledge of automotive product development processes and DFSS methodologies.
  • Plan for performance improvement, cost optimization, and high-voltage safety.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in automotive electrical system design and integration.
  • Strong understanding of EV charging and BMS software flow.
  • Knowledgeable in electric vehicle standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Experienced in power electronic converter design.
  • Familiar with automotive product development processes and DFSS methodologies.
