  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily transport operations to ensure smooth and efficient movement of personnel, clients, and goods.
  • Oversee a team of transport staff, provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Ensure all transport vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve transport efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of transport operations with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transport costs, vehicle utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in transport management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing transport operations, including staff, budgets, and resources.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using transportation software and systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
