Role Overview

We seek an experienced and skilled professional to assume the role of Transaction Advisory Services Manager.

  • This position involves delivering high-quality work in various areas to meet project requirements, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of deliverables.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with transaction teams, developing commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, particularly for Project Financing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of financial models by analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Supporting the development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis.
  • Preparing reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate complex data.

Client Engagement

  • Interacting and engaging with client teams to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Responding to changing client needs and priorities under guidance of the team lead.
  • Supporting the team in designing and developing solutions to address client needs and requirements.

Business Development

  • Conducting research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, and data to generate Business Development opportunities.
  • Supporting the development of proposals requested by potential clients.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Full-Time MBA in Finance from a premier B-School.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory.
  • Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working.
  • Strong Financial Modelling Acumen.
