Job Title: Data Engineering Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned data engineering professional to join our team as a SQL DBA + SSIS developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing complex data solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Services.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-performance data processing pipelines using SSIS, including importing data from files, moving data between database platforms, and optimizing data transformations.
- Develop and maintain large-scale data warehouses on SQL Server, utilizing advanced SQL concepts, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design data-driven solutions that meet those needs.
- Migrate, restore, backup, and archive data between sources and warehouse destinations, ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the process.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on SQL Server, SSIS, and Azure Data Services.
- Proficiency in designing and developing complex data models, ETL processes, and data transformations.
- Strong understanding of data migration, restoration, and archival techniques.
- Experience with .NET development and web-based applications.
