Cloud Computing Professional

This is a highly specialized role that requires deep technical expertise in cloud computing infrastructure and platform management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS Management Console for provisioning and management of Amazon Connect instances.
  • Monitor and log performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch.
  • Manage user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Technical Skills:
  • AWS Lambda for executing backend code in response to events.
  • AWS Step Functions for coordinating microservices into serverless workflows.
  • Amazon Lex for building conversational interfaces using voice and text.
  • Amazon Cognito for user authentication and authorization.
  • Amazon Kinesis Data Streams for real-time data streaming.
  • AWS Contact Lens for analyzing customer conversations with machine learning.
  • Secondary skills: Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, AWS Connect.
