We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Supervisor to lead our design team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in executing creative concepts, developing ad designs, and driving innovative ideas for clients.

  • Collaborate with copy partners to execute creative concepts under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Develop strong ad designs and visualization skills, with expertise in a range of digital, social, and integrated mediums.
  • Possess breadth of style and design capability, with quick conceptualization of ideas and ability to identify creative thinking towards big ideas.
  • Presentation skills are essential to showcase big ideas to clients using various techniques, staying up-to-date on the latest design trends, web standards, concepts, and industry trends.
  • Visualize concepts and interpret them into design, taking ownership of creative work and leading the design team by example.
  • Ensure brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product, providing insightful and creative executions that positively impact client business.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the design team, acting as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with good conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills. A Bachelor's degree or diploma from a reputable design school is a plus.
