Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.
  2. Develop and present budget forecasts to inform strategic financial decisions.
  3. Publish financial statements on schedule to keep stakeholders well-informed.
  4. Maintain precise financial records through monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  5. Prevent discrepancies by reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  6. Effectively manage bank payments to avoid late fees and penalties.
  7. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Provide valuable insights into company performance through balanced analysis of balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  9. Present clear reports on the company's financial health and liquidity to inform business strategies.
  10. Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions and documents to detect potential issues.
  11. Ensure confidentiality of financial data and perform regular database backups to prevent data loss.
  12. Comply with strict financial policies and regulations to maintain a positive reputation.
Required Skills

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, RTGS, Accounts Finalization, Journal Entries, Ledger Entries.

Industry Experience: Familiarity with Manufacturing Industry, Construction Industry, Real Estate Industry.
