**Study Abroad Application Specialist Role Overview**

The Study Abroad Application Executive plays a pivotal role in the student admission journey, ensuring a seamless experience for students applying to international universities.

This role involves managing the end-to-end application process, handling documentation, coordinating with students and institutions, and providing accurate guidance on application requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and process student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations.
  • Verify and review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Assist students in filling out university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • Follow up with students for pending or additional documents to complete applications on time.

The executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of student cases and maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission-related milestones.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application processing.
