Multidisciplinary Business Development Executive

With over 45 years of experience, we provide an array of services, including taxation, assurance, secretarial & legal, corporate finance, asset management, business support, and valuations. Our team of 400+ employees across 6 offices, serving more than 1200+ clients, including 4 international desks in Japan, Germany, China, and Vietnam, enables us to deliver exceptional results.
The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching Japanese companies operating in India, generating business leads, and converting them into business engagements for MGB CO LLP.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research Japanese companies operating in India.
- Conduct cold calls to introduce MGB CO LLP and its services, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
- Attend first-level meetings to present MGB CO LLP's business verticals and service offerings, highlighting our expertise and value proposition.
- Coordinate second-level meetings between MGB CO LLP leaders and prospect companies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings by maintaining regular follow-ups and liaising with Japanese companies in India, as well as international teams.
- Manage client obligations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through coordination with the execution team.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the execution team, providing clarification and ensuring seamless understanding of requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
- Schedule and attend conference calls and meetings with clients to maintain engagement and keep them informed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activities in sales software and update the database of current and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to foster further business development opportunities.
- Translate information, news alerts, updates, and presentation materials from English to Japanese and vice versa, and circulate them to prospective clients.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate in Sales & Marketing with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with fluency in both Japanese and English languages.
- Business development experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a similar role.
