The Role

We seek a detail-oriented quality assurance specialist for our platforms and products, responsible for evaluating user journeys and ensuring smooth functioning across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Design, review, and contribute to test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
  • Guide, develop, and manage standards, methods, or procedures for product quality and release readiness.
  • Plan test schedules, strategies, and follow-up with stakeholders according to project scope or delivery dates.
  • Reporting, bug tracking, risk management, and escalations.
  • Ensure reporting is succinct, including necessary details for replication and timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve existing products for reliability.
  • Stay updated on the latest testing techniques, strategies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Aware of unnoticed bugs in production.
  • Customer-centric, helping resolve all customer-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications, API testing through postman.
  • Good experience working in Agile teams.
  • Experience with NoSQL DBs like MongoDB.
  • Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated, high energy traits with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads.
