Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards for recognizing revenue correctly.

  • Revenue Recognition: Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of actual vs. forecasted revenue and identify key drivers of change.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
  • Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits related to revenue and billing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Financial Operations Manager, you will need:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue accounting or corporate finance.
  • A strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP S4 Hana.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
