We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scrum Master to support Agile delivery processes, ensuring governance, transparency, and efficiency across internally built digital assets.

About the Role:
  • Spearhead Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) aligned with governance policies.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) to leadership.
  • Foster adherence to delivery standards and best practices across product teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Agile Governance Support: Ensure seamless execution of Scrum ceremonies and monitor progress.
  2. Scrum Master Collaboration: Work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to maintain backlog hygiene and sprint readiness.
  3. Azure DevOps Management: Monitor work item lifecycle in Azure DevOps and ensure teams effectively utilize ADO boards and automation features.
  4. Internal Asset Oversight: Track lifecycle and usage of internally developed platforms/products and collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure assets meet governance and compliance needs.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes through automation, tooling, or updated frameworks and conduct periodic retrospectives to recommend governance enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to enterprise governance models or PMO functions.
