Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our backend development team as a Senior Java Developer.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in designing and developing web and stand-alone applications using Java/JEE technologies. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java/JEE technologies.
  • Leverage Spring Frameworks (IOC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Spring Security) to build robust and scalable applications.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes to ensure efficient deployment and management of applications.
  • Utilize JMS/WebSphere MQ/Kafka message broker and Restful web services to enable seamless communication between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture.
  • Continuously monitor and improve application performance, ensuring optimal resource utilization and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in web and stand-alone application design & development with Java/JEE technologies.
  • Excellent understanding and practical experience of Spring Frameworks.
  • Good understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of JMS/WebSphere MQ/Kafka message broker and Restful web services.
  • Familiarity with solution design using proven patterns and awareness of anti-patterns.
  • Excellent understanding of Microservices architecture.
