Job Role: Case Analysis (Operations Intern)

  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Location: Remote
  • Enrollment in the Postgraduate Diploma in Management program is mandatory and non-negotiable.

As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.

About This Opportunity:

  • Support the operations team in their daily tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer queries.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhere to data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.

Assignment and Team Placement: Successful candidates will be assigned to a team based on their skills, interests, and the team's current needs.
