Marketing Associate RoleWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various initiatives and activities tailored to ambassador engagement and program success.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver necessary collateral, communications, and other resources to support ambassador activities.
- Activity Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of initiatives and activities tailored to ambassador engagement and program success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver necessary collateral, communications, and other resources to support ambassador activities.
- Commission Processing: Accurately process and track commission payments for ambassadors, ensuring timely and transparent transactions.
- Data Management: Maintain and update comprehensive data on all ambassadors, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Campaign Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to design and implement effective ambassador engagement campaigns.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new ambassadors, providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed in their roles.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic data analytical tools such as Google Sheets (Google Analytics and Tableau are a plus).
- Ability to track and analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
