Our organization is seeking an accomplished Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer to spearhead the creation of next-generation Drone solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer with substantial experience in Schematic and Layout design, Validation, board bring up and debugging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design multilayer PCB layouts up to 6-12 layers in mixed signal design.
  • Have experience on High-speed Mixed signals, HDI Boards.
  • Handle BGAs with Blind and buried via techniques.
  • Be knowledgeable on all latest Interfaces like USB, ETHERNET, CAN etc.
  • Understand differential routing, Length matching routing, Impedance routing, etc.
  • Have knowledge of constraints and use of the constraint manager.
  • Minimize EMI/EMC problems.
  • Have experience in DFM & DFA Analysis & Gerber & ODB++ Checking.
  • Be experienced in IPC standard.
  • Design schematic and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Experience in schematic design entry in Allegro tool.
  • Review schematic and PCB layout designs for internal and customer projects.
  • Develop PCB vendors and coordinate for PCB manufacturing related issues.
  • Bring up boards, debug and test.
  • Prior experience in UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, CAN communication is preferred.
  • Approve BOM and its releases.
  • Select components for schematic designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of successful production level PCBs in the market.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Interact with third-party vendors and review their work.
  • Good knowledge on industrial PCB design tools and flow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication.
