Senior Quality Control Specialist

This position involves overseeing the implementation of quality control measures and ensuring compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to project-specific quality norms, BOQ, IS Codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Support on-site quality monitoring by reviewing contractor and vendor compliance with QA QC standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of materials, site processes, and workmanship to validate compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain quality logs, reports, and compliance documentation, ensuring timely updates for internal reviews.
- Execute defined quality control procedures, identifying and reporting quality issues as they arise.
- Assist in snagging and de-snagging activities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors for material inspections and ensure compliance through external or factory visits if required.
- Report non-conformances (NCs) and quality deviations, assisting in the resolution process under supervision.
- Closed NCs by coordinating corrective measures with the project team.
- Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to support the resolution of quality issues.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
