Driving innovation in technology is at the heart of this role. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading technology initiatives and guiding our engineering team to achieve technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Visionary: Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture, align engineering goals with the company's strategic objectives, and make critical decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and development approaches.
  • Technical Roadmap: Define and implement the technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability, oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security, and make key decisions on technology adoption.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with the product team to align technical solutions with business goals, translate product requirements into clear engineering deliverables and timelines, and ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.
  • Core Platform Development: Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability and reliability, and stay updated on industry trends and adopt emerging technologies when appropriate.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field, 8-10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java, experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), minimum of 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor, strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services, ability to design and develop reusable, scalable components and services, and experience with machine learning is a plus.
