Our organization is seeking a skilled Radio Access Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.

You will define wireless coverage requirements and select radio solutions as per project requirements. Additionally, you will analyze and mitigate RAN network interference, perform dimensioning, link budget analysis, and coverage planning. You will also prepare reports and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Conducting thorough testing and validation of 5G RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Defining wireless coverage requirements and selecting suitable radio solutions based on project needs.
  • Analyzing and mitigating RAN network interference to optimize network performance.
  • Performing dimensioning, link budget analysis, and coverage planning to ensure optimal network deployment.
  • Preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations to stakeholders on network optimization and performance improvement opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in radio access network engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 5G RAN technologies, wireless network design, and optimization techniques. Additionally, they should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
