P&E Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Elevator and Escalator professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering.

  1. Minimally 3-5 years of experience in the Elevator industry is required.

Technical Competencies

  1. Elevators and escalator installation, commissioning, and maintenance proficiency.
  2. VHT GA drawings interpretation skills and technical specifications understanding.
  3. Strong analytical knowledge of Elevator, Escalator, and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet customer expectations.

Software Proficiency

  1. AUTO CAD 2017 or higher for reading drawings and design requirements comprehension.
  2. MICROSOFT 365 including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Elevator traffic analysis using software to ensure meeting design requirements.
  2. Traffic Analysis presentations preparation for clients and stakeholders.
  3. Regular communication maintenance with clients and internal teams.
  4. Participation in project review meetings and workshops to ensure completion.
  5. Traffic analysis summary for stakeholder approval and project progression.
  6. Civil Dimension matrix creation for finalized lift configurations ensuring dimensions meet vendor requirements.
  7. Design Brief Report preparation and presentation to the client.
  8. e Comply/Excel usage for specifications based on approved DBR preparation.
  9. Drafting team coordination for tender drawing submission after conformity check.
  10. Client support during vendor discussions and e Comply/Specification management team with vendor technical ratings.
  11. Drafting team, client, and vendor coordination for GAD approval.
  12. Performance data and project progress regular updates.
  13. Compliance assurance during internal and external audits.
  14. All project stage completion documents submission before proceeding to the next stage.
