CNC Machinist Position Available
Overview of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Conventional Lathe Operator to join our team. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for operating conventional lathes to manufacture high-quality, complex parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate conventional lathes with precision and accuracy to produce machined parts
- Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances
- Inspect and measure components to ensure quality and accuracy
- Make necessary machine adjustments during the machining process
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work area
- Contribute to continuous quality improvements and process optimization
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven German proficiency (B1/B2 Level)
- Vocational training in metalworking or a related field (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic)
- Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision
- Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools
- Basic knowledge of German is an advantage; willingness to undergo German language training is essential
- Independent, precise, and reliable work ethic
