• The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining high-precision machines, including CNC Swiss models.

We are seeking a skilled Precision Machinist to train our production team members on the proper use of equipment and techniques for achieving high-quality output.

This role is responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining multiple precision machines in a collaborative environment.
• Conducting daily inspections to ensure consistent operations and quality standards.
• Providing training and support to team members on machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining accurate records of production status, inspection results, and quality control measures.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting machine parts for defects or damage.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating and cleaning equipment.
• Collaborating with production team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Documenting and reporting quality control measures and production outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in precision machining or a related field.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
