Data Security Specialist

Job Title: Data Protection Professional

We seek a skilled Data Security Specialist with hands-on expertise in data protection regulations and BigID implementation.

  • Create, enforce, and monitor data protection policies using BigID.
  • Analyze system performance, resolve issues, and apply updates or patches to ensure the security and efficiency of the BigID deployment.
  • Use BigID's capabilities to automatically identify and classify sensitive data across on-premise and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in information security or data protection engineering, with a proven track record implementing data discovery, DLP, or privacy solutions in a production environment. Experience working with BigID is required.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data protection regulations and best practices, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

In addition to their technical skills, the candidate should have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also be proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to continuously learn and improve their skills and knowledge.
