Job Title: Rotary Equipment Specialist

A dynamic and experienced professional sought for a key role in the Technical Cell.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in condition monitoring of all types of rotary equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Balancing of rotary equipment to guarantee precision and efficiency.
  • Time-based lubrication analysis of equipment to maintain peak condition.
  • Development of daily, weekly, and monthly plant KPIs to drive improvement and progress.
  • Strong knowledge of 4P maintenance practices and effective implementation at the site.
  • Proficiency in SAP software for efficient operations management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the team and vendors, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Coordination of plant shutdown activities to minimize disruption and maximize productivity.
  • Strategic planning of maintenance and shutdown materials to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (with CAT Level-2 Certification).
  • Proven experience in condition monitoring and equipment balancing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
