Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Steward to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the process control strategy, translating process parameters and control strategies into validation plans, and providing technical expertise to facilitate quality risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with fix-it projects, turnaround operations, and collaboration across boundaries. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain process control strategies and translate them into focused validation plans.
  • Provide technical expertise to facilitate quality risk assessments and support site validation planning.
  • Write and maintain master plans for processes, cleaning, packaging, and ongoing verification.
  • Support process validation lifecycle activities through ongoing process verification.
  • Ensure appropriate variables are identified for on-going monitoring as a contributor to quality risk management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with fix-it projects, turnaround operations, and collaboration across boundaries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of GxP regulations, SOPs, HSE, ISEC, and Novartis guidelines.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment qualification, calibration, and maintenance.
  • Ability to design, execute, and document experiments.
