CPQ Business Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CPQ Business Systems Specialist to lead the design and implementation of our PROS and SAP interfaces.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business requirements gathering, system design, and configuration. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

  • Determine Business Requirements:
    • Meet with business users, management, and other stakeholders to understand defined business requirements
    • Document functional business requirements in a requirements document
  • Design PROS and ERP based Business Systems:
    • Lead blueprinting sessions with external vendors and global cross-functional teams
    • Evaluate solutions to business requirements and provide guidance on best practices
  • Support PROS Configurations:
    • Translate business requirements into configuration with help from other team members
    • Document the configuration required if complex or unique

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with PROS Control & Guidance and Smart CPQ, as well as certifications in PROS Analytics and Pricing 301. Experience with SAP ECC/S4 Sales and Distribution – Pricing requirements and formula routines is also highly desirable. The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
