CPQ Solution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced CPQ Solution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure that our systems meet evolving business needs.

  • You will partner with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance to understand current and future processes.
  • You will work closely with IT Architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • You will document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture.
  • You will configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • You will coordinate IT and UAT testing efforts.
  • You will maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  • You will ensure that solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

">
  • You must have at least 10 years of experience in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • You must have 5+ years of experience working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • You must have hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • You must have advanced Salesforce administration skills (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • You must have familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • You must have excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
