We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Antal India - Global Executive Recruitment Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end non-IT recruitment cycle, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews and onboarding. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End to End Non-IT Recruitment Cycle Management
  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates from Job Portals
  • Coordinating Interviews and Onboarding
  • Client Interaction and Coordination
  • Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent
  • Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
  • Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
  • Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
  • Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue

Requirements:

6 months to 3 years of Experience
