We are seeking a highly skilled Distributed Backend Developer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust distributed backend systems using Go (Golang). They will work on implementing scalable solutions, RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and security, and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing scalable distributed backend solutions using Go (Golang)
  • Implementing RESTful APIs with a strong focus on performance and security
  • Working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Implementing AI-powered developer tools to enhance productivity and collaboration
  • Participating in Agile methodologies and completing SDLC workflows
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend development
  • Proficiency in Go (Golang) is mandatory
  • Solid experience with REST API design and development
  • Strong command over PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge and usage of AI-powered developer tools like ChatGPT, Replit, Windsurf, or equivalents
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and complete SDLC workflows
  • Hands-on experience working on enterprise-level backend systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong debugging abilities
