Business Financial Controller

We seek a strategic Financial Controller to lead our organization's financial planning, analysis, and control functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of working capital management, including AP/AR cycles and cash flow optimization.
A successful track record in financial controlling, FP&A, P&L management, AP/AR oversight, and MIS reporting is essential.
The selected individual will be responsible for leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, as well as driving the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Additional responsibilities include providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
The Financial Controller will also oversee and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) processes, supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, and develop and improve MIS frameworks to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting.
Candidates should have prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance & Accounting plus CA Qualified is required. A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, P&L management, AP/AR oversight, and MIS reporting is necessary.
