Seeking a seasoned Hardware Design Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge hardware solutions for air conditioning products. This strategic role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electronic hardware design, power electronics, schematic capture, PCB design tools, and hardware simulation. Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance, thermal management, and reliability testing is also essential.

Responsibilities include defining the long-term vision and strategy for hardware design, aligning goals with business objectives, and driving innovation in design processes and methodologies. The candidate will also be responsible for designing and reviewing PCBs, BOMs, and ensuring EMI/EMC compliance, protection circuitry, and thermal management.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, schematic capture, PCB design tools, and hardware simulation
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of electronic hardware design, EMI/EMC compliance, thermal management, and reliability testing
