Senior Digital Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of our ETO sub-template project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the ETO sub-template project manager and SAP project manager to plan and drive fit-to-standard workshops via sprints workshops, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Work closely with BPOs, ERP core team, and SAP consultants to track JIRA backlog and finalize closure through one of the following options: SAP standard functionality in public cloud, business transformation action to adopt public cloud, functionality delivered via a future release, or Schneider-specific extension.
  • Collaborate with DTC, SAP, and domain teams to plan the ETO template build, including ERP configurations, best-of-breed integrations, and extension build.
  • Work with ERP core team to define the SAP enterprise structure for template plant in S4 HANA public cloud, ensuring optimal configuration.
  • Plan system integration test campaigns to test the solution developed in the template, guaranteeing thorough testing.
  • Prepare and present ETO sub-template status in UNIFY core team meetings, highlighting achievements and risks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure ETO process is well documented in SAP Signavio and updated periodically by working with BPOs.
  • Document key business transformations that ETO sites will have to go through to adopt the solution built in the template, providing essential knowledge.
  • Manage cross-template coordination with other sub-templates like front office, logistics, and manufacturing template to ensure ETO requirements are incorporated while defining solution.
Requirements:
  • ETO domain expertise and process exposure, as well as strong analytical skills.
  • Digital Acumen and exposure to ERP and ETO tools used for configuration, performance tracking, etc.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive large transformation programs, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Project and program management experience, budget management, rolling forecast creation, actuals tracking, and reporting.
  • Vendor management and strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex matrixed organizations.
  • Leadership skills to work with diverse teams to deliver outcomes, promoting collaboration and growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to share updates on complex transformation programs and drive consensus on way forward.
