Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support SAP Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll results.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll run, simulation, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  • Integrate payroll with SAP Financials, Time Management, and third-party tools.
  • Handle off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads.
  • Collaborate with Time Management and Personnel Administration/Organizational Management teams to ensure smooth upstream data flow.
  • Perform testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.
  • Support interface development and mapping for outbound/inbound data with external systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation: functional specs, test cases, SOPs, payroll calendars.
  • Assist in payroll issue resolution, audits, and compliance reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with SAP Financials, Time Management, and external payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Benefits modules is a plus.
  • Experience with IDoc/ALE, PI/PO, or APIs for integration is desirable.
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models preferred.
