This is a specialist role within our cash management department, requiring exceptional technical skills and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cash management software, such as Smartstream CMS version 4, and be able to provide top-notch support to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and configuration for our cash management applications across various banking channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues, implementing process improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical requirements and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to address software defects and optimize application performance.

Technical Skills:
  • Vendor application 'Smartstream Cash management (CMS) ver 4', Control process Designer, Smart Schema, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Change Requests, CAB meetings, and release management.
  • Database concepts, Oracle SQL scripting, and Linux shell scripting.
  • Jboss 8 server administration, WAR file deployment, error log analysis, and JMS Queue processing.
  • Github, Automated deployment via CI/CD pipeline, and DevOps practices.
