Job Description

As a seasoned Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our analytics team. Your expertise in data management and system administration will enable us to provide strategic insights to senior leadership, fostering informed decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data warehousing and big data solutions, with experience in querying large datasets using SQL. Proficiency in Python scripting and knowledge of modern database technologies are highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing domain expertise to support operational processes and data ingestion, transformation, and management within our data lake environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics output and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Leading ad-hoc data activities and formulating effective management techniques for quality data collection.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of experience in data, systems, or process background, with a degree-level education or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python scripting.
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Apps is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Agile frameworks is also preferred.
