Job Title: Project Leadership Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage projects through all project life cycle phases, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  2. Actively engage in sales and project initiation phases, analyzing customer requirements and assessing commercial and contractual feasibility.
  3. Review contract conditions, including legal scrutiny, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  4. Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to track progress and address concerns.
  5. Apply effective risk management methodologies to identify, evaluate, assess risks and opportunities, and develop appropriate response strategies.
  6. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including the role of the Project Leader as per FRG, NCM guidelines, and specific regulations.
  7. Coordinate onshore and offshore allocations with the Project Manager to optimize resource utilization.
  8. Maintain accurate project books and records, including SAP data, to ensure financial transparency.
  9. Prepare commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensure data accuracy.
  10. Manage asset allocation and initiate invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms.
  11. Ensure compliance with Siemens FRG and local GAAP requirements.
  12. Oversee the application and management of financial guarantees, bonds, and project securities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Proven 6-8 years of experience in commercial project management.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
