Agile Project Manager

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams in the implementation of Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time. Your primary goal is to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively while maintaining a productive team environment.
Job Description:
- Manage each project's scope and timeline.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications.
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to higher Agile maturity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
