Our organization is seeking a BIM Modeller to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models using industry-standard software and implementing BIM best practices.

Key responsibilities include setting up projects, creating parametric families, managing Revit servers from a production perspective, and completing attachment and detail markups for company products.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Bluebeam review of drawings.

Required qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in BIM modelling and coordination
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD

Job Description

As a BIM Modeller, you will play a key role in our organization's efforts to create accurate and efficient building models. Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality 3D models using industry-standard software, such as Revit and AutoCAD.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up projects and create parametric families
  • Manage Revit servers from a production perspective
  • Complete attachment and detail markups for company products
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD standards
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in BIM modelling and coordination
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
