Senior Structural BIM Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM professional to support our structural engineering team by preparing accurate and detailed models and drawings.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in structural drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools, with a good understanding of construction and detailing standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality structural models and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD based on engineering markups and design requirements.
- Collaborate closely with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure model consistency and accuracy.
- Produce detailed shop drawings, sections, and reinforcement detailing as required.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and regulations.
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a structural draftsman, with at least 2 years using BIM/Revit.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.
- Strong knowledge of structural systems (RC, steel, post-tensioning, etc.) and detailing standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
