Project Manager Opportunity

About the Role :

Lead and oversee critical projects within an organization, utilizing expertise in project management to drive success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Full Lifecycle Management : Execute end-to-end project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Methodology Mastery : Demonstrate proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, tailoring approaches based on project requirements for efficient resource allocation and timely deliverables.
  • Risk Mitigation : Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business units, development teams, and executive leadership, communicating project progress, risks, and achievements effectively.
  • Budget and Resource Management : Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures, ensuring optimal resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance : Uphold quality standards by implementing best practices, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Domain Expertise (Optional) : Leverage domain knowledge in insurance to enhance project outcomes, understanding industry-specific challenges and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Bringing AI into the Delivery Function : Integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance delivery processes, automating documentation and reporting, using AI for risk prediction and resource optimization in product rollouts.

Educational Qualifications & Work Experience / Skills :

  • BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with 10 to 14 Years of Overall Experience in IT Software Development (in Java) with last 5-7 years of dedicated project management experience.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications.
  • Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities, adaptability, collaboration, results-driven focus, ability to travel overseas for project-related meetings/discussions, and experience in estimation techniques and pre-sales experience.
