Job Description: Regional Sales Manager - Modern Trade and Quick Commerce

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding our brand on quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Instamart etc., and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve sales targets on these platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in onboarding brands on quick commerce platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve sales targets
  • Develop a roadmap to leadership for Modern Trade Channel, strategize and implement programs/plans for the development of sales company Brands in this channel
  • Manage sales through distributors to MT retail accounts such as Ratnadeep, DMart, ABRL, Spencers etc.
  • Negotiate and generate POs from local buying managers through the team or self. Service POs in coordination with the supply chain for stocks.
  • Ensure 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
  • Manage listings in local key accounts, run monthly promotions in all accounts as per directions from Seniors.
  • Reconcile local sales promotions budgets/Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.
  • Handle Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.
  • Manage Third-party teams comprising Promoters and supervisors at the outlet level for merchandising and off-takes of products.
  • Analyze and study competitors on a timely basis.
