Head of Offline Sales – Modern Trade

SOLARA is one of India's fastest-growing D2C brands in the kitchen and home space. After scaling successfully online, we're expanding offline—and we're looking for a seasoned sales leader to build and lead our offline sales channels across India .

If you've built Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) distribution from the ground up in the Home/Kitchen/FMCG/Durables category — we'd love to talk to you.

What You'll Do:


• Design and execute our offline sales strategy across Modern Trade and General Trade.


• Build a nationwide network of distributors, retailers, and modern trade chains .


• Own listings, negotiations, trade terms, and sell-through in MT stores like Reliance, Croma, Metro, etc.


• Hire and manage a high-performance field sales team across key cities.


• Drive in-store visibility, trade marketing, promotions , and activations.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and leadership.

You Should Have:


• 8–15 years of experience in offline sales in home/kitchen appliances, cookware, or FMCG .


• Proven success in building both MT and GT channels from scratch.


• Strong network in the retail/distributor ecosystem across India.


• Entrepreneurial energy with a "get-it-done" mindset.


• Solid understanding of GT/MT P&L, margins, and growth levers.
