Job Title: Performance Conditioning Coach

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to support our high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions. This role involves working alongside and under the guidance of an experienced Head Strength & Conditioning Coach.

You will also be responsible for conducting daily member consultations and contributing to creating a safe, progressive, and motivating training environment for employees participating in corporate wellness and performance programs.

  • Assist and occasionally lead Strength & Conditioning sessions (4 one-hour time slots daily as per schedule)
  • Lead Mobility & Recovery sessions (corrective exercise focus)
  • Conduct 1-hour daily consultations with members for assessments, progress tracking, and injury-prevention strategies
  • Support the Head S&C Coach in implementing training blocks (stability → strength → power)
  • Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session
  • Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance
  • Maintain training logs and provide structured feedback on member progress
Requirements:
  • A recognised Strength & Conditioning certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE or CrossFit Level 1+)
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes
  • Team-player mindset
