**Job Title:** Senior Taxation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Taxation Specialist. As a key member of our taxation department, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end GST compliance, including filing returns, reconciliations, and assessments.

**Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including filing returns, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Manage Income Tax matters, such as ITR filings, tax planning, and scrutiny assessments.
  • Draft replies, appeals, and representations for departmental notices and proceedings.
  • Attend hearings and interactions with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Provide advisory support on taxation queries and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws.

**Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification; candidates with substantial relevant experience in taxation (without CA) will also be considered.
  • Proven hands-on experience in GST and Income Tax domains, including drafting and departmental interactions.
  • Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, rules, and recent amendments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a client-facing role.
